Official Rules and Liability Release - Les Bleus F.C. & Marco's Pizza Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. SPONSORS

The Sponsors of this Giveaway are:

• Les Bleus Football Club LLC (referred to herein as "Les Bleus F.C." or "Academy") located in Mount Dora, Florida.

• Marco’s Pizza Mount Dora (referred to herein as "Marco's Pizza") located in Eustis, Florida.

Collectively referred to as the "Sponsors."

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the state of Florida who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

NOTE REGARDING PRIZE USAGE: While the entrant must be 18+, part of the prize package (the soccer training) is intended for use by a youth aged 6–14. The winning Entrant must be the parent or legal guardian of the qualifying youth who will utilize the training portion of the prize. Current or former Les Bleus F.C. members don't qualify for the free training.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on February 13th, 2026 at 10am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 28th, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the "Promotion Period"). All online entries must be received by the end time to be considered valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, scan the QR code found on physical or digital flyers, including participating Marco's Pizza box toppers, or visiting https://mailchi.mp/345ce927b6d2/lbfc-marcos-giveaway. Follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form with your required contact information (e.g., First Name, Last Name, and Email Address).

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package consisting of the following:

A. Soccer Training Package:

• One (1) full month of soccer training for one (1) youth player (aged 6-14) at Les Bleus F.C. Academy.

• Definition of "Month": Defined as four (4) consecutive weeks of standard academy training sessions appropriate for the player's age group. Subject to the standard scheduling and availability of Les Bleus F.C.

• Requirements: The youth participant must complete standard academy registration waivers prior to participating in physical activity.

B. Pizza Package:

• Free Pizza for a Month from Marco's Pizza in Eustis.

• Definition: Structured as one (1) large, specialty pizza per week for four (4) consecutive weeks.

• Restrictions: Valid for carryout orders at the Eustis location only. Cannot be combined with other offers.

C. Les Bleus F.C. Gear Package:

• One (1) Les Bleus F.C. branded Drawstring bag.

• One (1) Les Bleus F.C. Athletic training shirt (winner selects size, subject to availability).

• One (1) Les Bleus F.C. Flexfit mesh cap.

• One (1) Les Bleus F.C. magnet.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $250

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or prior to March 2nd, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return any required release documents within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Les Bleus Football Club LLC, Marco’s Pizza, their respective affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) accessing the landing page or participating in any aspect of the Giveaway; (b) the receipt, ownership, or use/misuse of any prize awarded; (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an Entrant or Sponsors.

Specific Releases Regarding Prize Components:

• Physical Activity Release: Winner acknowledges that participation in the Les Bleus F.C. soccer training involves inherent risks of physical injury. The Winner (as parent/guardian of the participating youth) agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injury or damages resulting from participation in the training sessions.

• Food Allergy Release: Winner acknowledges that Marco's Pizza products contain gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. Winner assumes all responsibility for ensuring the safety of consumption regarding allergies and releases Released Parties from liability relating to allergic reactions or food-borne illness.

8. PUBLICITY GRANT

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsors’ use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Les Bleus Football Club Privacy Policy [Optional: Link to your privacy policy if you have one on your main site]. By entering, you agree that your information may be shared between the joint Sponsors for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and future marketing communications, provided you have opted-in to receive such communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. GOVERNING LAW

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
